The Eastmoor Avenue clinic in Daly City, San Mateo County, opened in December 2011. The clinic offers primary health care services to patients of all ages. Basic lab tests can be conveniently done on site. NEMS' Member Services staff are also available to help you enroll into NEMS and/or other health programs.
