Member Services Representative Full Time  

North East Medical Services (NEMS) is seeking a full-time Member Services Representative.

Duties include:

• Orient patients about NEMS services
• Conduct member registration
• Enroll eligible patients in State/Federal programs and/or other specially funded programs offered at NEMS.
• Assist patients with their comments about the services etc.

Qualifications include:

• Must be bilingual in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
• Spanish speaking very desirable
• Must be comfortable giving one-on-one and group presentations
